Having had to ring up multiple times to chase what is going on with my treatment I just feel let down, unsupported and completely clueless as to what is happening. I wanted my diagnosis for peace of mind and understanding of my issues. I feel worse off and more stressed as I have had to continually chase or correct what has been done.
Suggested improvements
Be more informative.
Follow up processes with confirmation as to not leave people guessing.
Listen and don’t patronise patients when they are trying to inform something is incorrect with their treatment.

I have found the care & help I have received outstanding from struggling with Tendonitis for over a year & feeling very frustrated wondering if I would ever start feeling better to today finally reaching the light at the end of a dark tunnel.
